On Sunday the 9th, Monday the 10th and Tuesday the 11th<\/em> , in Val Masino province of Sondrio, there was the 15th Italian Suscon<\/strong> the most important event of body suspension in Italy<\/strong> <\/em>which is already in the second edition of activity and retreat<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

A very special event for us, during which we celebrated a great milestone our 15th edition<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

A new and unexpected location<\/strong><\/em> which is called \u201cCentro della Montagna<\/em>\u201d immersed in the middle in the magnificent green panorama of the Italian alps on the border of Switzerland<\/em>; famous in all of Italy for its gym specialized in climbing and where for years there was the famous \u201cMELLO BLOCCO\u201d prizegiving.<\/p>\n

Also this year the aptpi_st team<\/strong> <\/em>with their leader Bruno Valsecchi<\/strong> assisted by the well known ALLEN FALKNER<\/strong> from Dallas ,USA,( co-founder the ISA and creator of modern body suspension)<\/em>, they offered something more than a common Suscon thanks to the retreat<\/strong>
\naspect.<\/p>\n

3 days of body suspension, lectures by Allen, everything accompanied by sport activities, like climbing (very popular there), hiking in the beautifull \u201cVal di Mello\u201d walking and fitness with the teacher Flavia Stramazzo (aptpi_st), or yoga with Steeve Easley.<\/p>\n

There were of course massages by the physical therapist Samanta Spagnolo (aptpi_st ) and a lot of good local traditional food including vegetarian and vegan.<\/p>\n

A private event with limited partecipation to give a lot attention and to create an intimate and ideal situation for people who love body suspension.<\/p>\n

A special thanks to Alan Berardinelli (\u201cWings of Desire\u201d of Oslo), Steeve Easley from the USA and the complete APTPI_st team.<\/p>\n

We would also like to thank those who were present and those, who even though could not be present, contributed greatly from afar.<\/p>\n
